Now that Mr. Hammerkopf is the director of the party, where is he planning on taking the party? Are there going to be any changes in platform? Also how many members does the party currently have? Is the structure of the party going to change at all?
Actions speak louder than words and you'll just have to wait to see what changes occur. I'm not at liberty to divulge how many members we have except to say that we have members in 17 states and 5 foreign countries. The party structure will be fortified.
We do need to start doing more. As in spreading our ideas around or else nothing is ever going to get done. I hope the new leader of the party will do some good. Have we ever thought about merging with another party? But keeping our same beliefs of course though. That would be great. Maybe. We would really have to stick to our original values though. We can't change them. But what other party could we go to?
Along the lines that Apache is thinking. I see the future not as a "Political Party" in the conventional sense, but in a movement with several nodes of organization. If we are not prepared to contest elections (which we are not), then why spend precious resources in that direction. It's putting the cart before the horse.
I see a core of CF die-hards maintaining the radical Falangist position in ever more public ways and staying true to the hard core of the party's platform.
I see a religious node forming a Christian Falange Congregation, amassing tax-free money and working on a charitable and organizational front, providing a forum in which to spread our message.
I see us as the head of a mainstream political movement, a sort of a Christian Democratic Union which someday might start to field candidates across all levels of the political spectrum. The Falange Movement has to learn to crawl before it can learn to walk, and walk before it can run.
Well put. I think that the Green party and us are definately the front runners in the third party advancement. But I think what would really start to help is converting some already-Christian republicans to our cause. I was a republican before I found out about this party as I am sure many of you were. I think that is where our biggest support is going to come from.
An idea I had a few years ago, but did nothing to follow up on, was a plan I called the "16 FAMILIES PLAN". 16 or more families, husband+wife + any children, come together to form a colony. The colony would be either rural or urban. Rural colonies would be farms, Urban colonies would be commercial( farmers market, rental units, retail stores, etc.).2 or more rural colonies to support 1 urban colony. Rural sends farm produce to urban, urban sells and splits profit. Urban sends help to rural for planting and harvest. Rural sponsers city youths to come to the farm over summer months. The members would have a variety of skills. Some would work outside of the colony, while others worked inside the colony.Every member would own stock in the colony, spliting the profits as they saw fit. Think Amish with all the modern conveniencies. There slogan should be "COLONIZING AMERICA WITH AMERICANS".
