Disabled Men Beaten After Refusing To Pay 'Fee' For Being White

"Police arrested four negro men on hate crime charges after
they allegedly pummeled a 62-year-old woman and her two mentally
disabled companions when they refused to pay a "fee" for being white."

This must be like the negro answer to the muslim's Jizaya tax on Christians and Jews.
