What are the CFPAs policies on taxation, rebuilding our infrastructure, social security, universal health coverage, economic regulation? The 25 point platform the CFPA has seems a little vauge on these issues.
As I understand it, the CFPA believes in economic nationalism, whereby corporations and big businesses work for the greater benefit of the country. They are permitted and encouraged to make a profit, but are not permitted to outsource their jobs to other countries or do anything that would result in loss of American jobs or economic harm to the U.S.
Healthcare would be paid for by a national lottery, as it states in the platform. As for Social Security and taxes, I'm not sure. I would venture a guess that the CFPA would support some kind of Fair Tax, flat tax, or national sales tax.
